These two characters mean “Peace“ in Chinese. The inspiration of this work was after the outbreak of the Russian and Ukarine war in 2022.
The background is an abstract sketch of the world map, echoing with the notion of the two Chinese characters and demonstrating the desire for global peace. The strong and powerful brushstroke executed by the artist illustrates the emotional touch from the artist.
